Life insurance comes in basically two forms:
Term life, which is just as it says, insurance for a specified term and
permanent insurance, which runs for the entire life of the policy holder.
Term life is usually sold as a 10- or 20-year term and expires at either age 80 or 85 which means you purchase the insurance for the length of the term and the price changes after each of the specific terms. Other terms are also available including reducing term plans.
Permanent policies are sold as term to 100 with no cash value or payback options, or whole life or universal life with cash value and increasing insurance amounts.
I carefully analyse your personal situation and together we will determine the product and amount that is right for you, and as a broker I work with all of the major carriers.
If you are currently insured there is a chance you are paying too much.
